The Auth0 Engineering has confirmed that the FGA service has been recovered. Error rates on affected environments have subsided, and impacted customers should observe service restoration at this time. After monitoring the environment to ensure service stability, we're considering this incident resolved. A root cause analysis (RCA) will be posted here within 7 business days. Our rollback procedure has completed on a deployment that was recently applied to the affected environment. In tandem with the rollback, we've scaled up backend resources to mitigate customer impact.
