Elevated Errors in Manage Dashboard

The Manage service has been restored following the implementation of mitigation measures. We have placed additional safeguards to prevent recurrence and will continue to monitor the situation.

We have identified that the Manage service has not fully recovered. Impacted users may experience temporary disruptions accessing the Auth0 Dashboard. Our teams are actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update within the next 30 minutes.

The impacted services (https://manage.auth0.com, https://status.auth0.com and https://support.auth0.com) are currently recovering and we will continue to monitor the situation. If you are unable to access these resources, please try logging in again.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and are implementing a fix. We will continue to update every 15 minutes.

We are continuing to investigate an ongoing issue where the Dashboard and the Auth0 Support Center might be temporarily unavailable.

The Auth0 Manage Dashboard is unavailable, and our Engineers have been alerted. This does not affect your authentication transactions, and you can still make management transactions via our Management API. Our team is actively working to understand the root cause and mitigate the issue. We will provide updates as we gather more information.
