Outage Details

For Web: The scenario including 'Element Should Look The Same' steps results in 'internal error' now. Additionally checkbox steps may intermittently fail. For Mobile: The impact is small for mobile. It doesn't cause the test to fail, the visual difference is not available in the test results screen. We are currently investigating the issue with highest priority. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.

This incident has been resolved. Thank you so much for your patience.
As a result of this incident VRT results were not available for customers from 00:44 AM today to 09:39 AM for both web and mobile.
