The service degradation from 03:00 to 10:30 PDT on August 16, 2023, has been resolved, however, customers who published models during this period may continue to see failures executing the Design Collaboration package share workflow.

For these customers, re-publishing the models in the package should clear the condition and restore the Design Collaboration package share workflow.

We have identified the cause of the issue with package creation, sharing, and consumption in ForgeDM, BIM 360 Design Collaboration, and Revit Cloud Models.
