We are investigating an issue where customers are not being able to preview office and image files in Fusion 360 Manage. As a workaround, customers are being asked to download the file. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

All services have returned to normal operation. Customers should now being able to preview office and image files in Fusion 360 Manage. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this issue.
