We are continuing to investigate the issue where customers are experiencing delays with report generation from the Forms module within Forma Build and Forma Insight, as well as Data Connector extracts, in the US region. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

We are investigating reports of customers experiencing an issue where they are unable to generate reports from forms module within Forma Build in the US region. We subsequently determined that the cause of this issue was also affecting Forma - Insight in the US region. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
