7:25 AM PDT We are investigating DMS Management Console connection errors in the US-GOV-WEST-1 Region. We have identified a workaround, customers affected can access the DMS console by updating the URL from https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/home?region=us-gov-west-1 to https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/v2/home?region=us-gov-west-1 .
7:52 AM PDT We continue to investigate connection errors for the DMS Management Console in the US-GOV-WEST-1 Region. We have identified a workaround, customers affected can access the DMS console by updating the URL from https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/home?region=us-gov-west-1 to https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/v2/home?region=us-gov-west-1 The root cause of this has been identified and we are currently working on resolving the issue.
8:39 AM PDT We can confirm connection errors for the DMS Management Console in the US-GOV-WEST-1 Region. We have also confirmed the service is healthy and operating normally, the issue is related only to the navigation to the console. We have identified a workaround, customers affected can access the DMS console by updating the URL from https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/home?region=us-gov-west-1 to https://console.amazonaws-us-gov.com/dms/v2/home?region=us-gov-west-1
