Data discrepancy Issue

We have identified the root cause of the data discrepancy issues in the Billing Console and the engineering team has already deployed a fix to mitigate the identified root cause. The team has started the process of filling the backlog of incorrect data and we will provide next update by 11:00 AM PDT.

We have narrowed down the root cause of data discrepancy issues with Billing Console. The engineering team is currently working on validating a fix and preparing a deployment to address the incorrect data displayed. We expect to be able to provide an update by 10:00 AM PDT.

We can confirm data discrepancy issues with Billing Console. Customers using Cost Explorer, Cost and Usage Report, Saving Plans and Reservations Utilization and Coverage Reports consoles may experience data staleness. Incorrect data may be displayed from as early as August 1. We have not yet identified the root cause and we are working through multiple paths to identify and resolve the issue. We expect to be able to provide an update by 8:30 AM PDT.

We are investigating data discrepancy issues with Billing Console. Customers using Cost Explorer, Cost and Usage Report, Saving Plans and Reservations Utilization and Coverage Reports consoles may experience data staleness. We are actively working towards resolution and we expect to be able to provide an update by 7:30 AM PDT.
