We investigating error rates and latencies for the DynamoDB APIs in the US-WEST-2 Region. Other AWS services may be experiencing elevated error rates and latencies as a result of this issue. We are working to resolve the issue and will keep you updated on our progress.

Starting at 6:45 PM PST, DynamoDB experienced increased error rates and latencies for API requests in the US-WEST-2 Region. Engineers were automatically engaged and began taking mitigation actions. Other AWS services that make use of DynamoDB also experienced API elevated errors and latencies during this time. DynamoDB error rates and latencies began to recover at 7:23 PM PST and had reached normal levels by 7:45 PM PST. While error rates remain stable at normal levels, we continue to monitor for full recovery and will provide an update when we have fully recovered.

We continue to see recovery of the error rates and latencies for the DynamoDB APIs in the US-WEST-2 Region. Error rates and latencies are close to normal levels but we continue to work towards full resolution. Other AWS services are also seeing recovery. We will continue to keep you updated on our progress.

We continue to investigate increased error rates and latencies for the DynamoDB APIs in the US-WEST-2 Region. We have seen some improvement in error rates over the last 15 minutes but customers may still be experiencing errors. We continue to work on resolving the issue and will keep you updated on our progress.
