We have identified the cause of the network impairment in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region. We are taking mitigating steps and some customers will start to see recovery. In an effort to further mitigate the impact, we have shifted some services and network flows away from the Availability Zone (apse2-az1) along with additional measures to restore the availability of this service.
We are investigating an issue which is affecting connectivity from the Internet and other AWS services for some customers using services in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region.
