Management Console Issues

We are seeing initial signs of recovery. We will continue to provide updates as recovery progresses.

We can confirm increased error rates and latencies for the AWS Management Console in the EU-CENTRAL-2 Region. We are actively working on identifying the root cause and are investigating multiple parallel paths to mitigate the issue.

This issue will impact the ability to sign-in when using the EU-CENTRAL-2 Region endpoint specifically. As a workaround for sign-in, we recommend signing-in using an alternate endpoint (such as 'us-east-2.console.aws.amazon.com'). This issue also impacts service specific console endpoints in the EU-CENTRAL-2 Region. There is no impact to AWS Services operations; all APIs are operating normally at this time. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to share, or within the next 60 minutes.
