We are beginning to see signs of recovery. We continue to work towards resolving the increased error rates when launching clusters in the US-EAST-1 Region, for a subset of customers. Existing clusters are not affected. We will provide another update by 10:30 PM PDT, or sooner if we have additional information to share.

Beginning 5:25 PM PDT, we are experiencing increased error rates when launching clusters in the US-EAST-1 Region. Our engineering teams have been engaged and are actively working to identify the root cause. In parallel, we are working on the mitigation plan. We will provide another update by 9:30 PM PDT, or sooner if we have additional information to share.
