8:18 PM PDT We are investigating increased error rates for Cluster create and update operations in the US-EAST-1 Region. Some existing clusters are also impacted.

9:30 PM PDT We are continuing to investigate increased error rates for Cluster create and update operations in the US-EAST-1 Region. We are seeing recovery for some clusters, and continue to work on recovery for all clusters.

10:34 PM PDT We can confirm errors creating and updating Clusters in the US-EAST-1 Region, and are continuing to work towards resolution. We are starting to see recovery for existing clusters, and continue to work on recovery for all clusters.

11:33 PM PDT We continue to see improvement in the error rates for creating and upgrading clusters in the US-EAST-1 Region. We are starting to see recovery in availability of existing clusters. We are continuing to work towards a full resolution.

Aug 7, 12:27 AM PDT Between August 6 5:50 PM PDT and 11:27 PM PDT, we experienced errors for creating and upgrading clusters in the US-EAST-1 Region. Some existing clusters were also impacted during this event. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
