Any calls originating from a phone on the RingCentral cloud (or a cell phone that routes calls over the RingCentral cloud) will not route properly to our main phone lines. We are in touch with RingCentral support to fix the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please use the x360 portal to submit a ticket if you need help. We'll update this status page with more information as we learn more.
