We are observing some false positives with our x360Recover appliances incorrectly reporting that they are offline and the tunnel is down. We are investigating this reporting issue.

Many X360services are impacted and we are continuing to work with AWS to remediate.

We are experiencing a problem with AWS resulting in impact to x360Portal and connecting web services (such as deploying VOs, authentication, recovery manager). We are working with AWS to fix this ASAP.
