Very small number of users (<0.1%) in Central India region may face Malformed DboConnectionInfo error (HTTP 500).

We're in the process of mitigating the impact in Central India region and we expect the issue to be fully mitigated in 30 minutes (13 UTC). We apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue has been fully mitigated in Canada region and Central US.
