Due to a regression, test plans users are unable to access Parameters and Configurations. We have identified the change and we are deploying a fix through our deployment rings. We expect to be fully finished with the rollout around 2024-07-25 15:00 UTC.

We are still trying to overcome our deployment issues in one ADO instance. Rest already has the fix deployed.

Unfortunately we ran into some deployment issues. While most of our instances have a fix already deployed we have one instance in central US region where we face some problems.

The last two deployment rings are in progress. ETA for full resolution is about 1:30pm UTC.
