Outage Details

Starting at approximately 10:20 UTC on 26 June 2024, Azure Load Balancer customers in East US 2 may be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues when using Basic Internal Load Balancers. This is also affecting services that are utilizing Basic Internal Load Balancer, including App Service Environment v1 and v2, Application Gateway v1, Azure API Management, Cache for Redis, and ExpressRoute Gateway. The team is currently rolling out a fix for all impacted resources in this region. No action is needed from customers. More information will be provided within 60 minutes, as we progress on these mitigation workstreams.
