BW Dashboard Issue - New Number Orders

We’ve confirmed stability with the BW Dashboard and we’re considering this incident resolved.

We’ve completed mitigation and customer function in the BW Dashboard and API has been restored for all services. We’re currently mounting for stability.

At this time a temporary fix has been pushed to restore access to services affected. Teams still working on a permanent fix and full data restoration.

The implementation of the fix has caused accessibility issues for the dashboard as whole. We’re working to fix that at this time as well.

We’ve initiated a fix for the issue, but it will take some time to implement. During this period, the TN Lookup and overall dashboard function may be affected for some users. We will advise on status as the update completes.

We’ve identified the issue and we’re working on deploying a fix at this time.

We’re currently investigating an issue preventing new number orders in the BW Dashboard from being submitted. This is also affecting orders submitted via api.
