Mail processing services have recovered for all customers and Microsoft reports that the Azure storage service has been mitigated. Please contact the Barracuda Support team for additional information.
The issue is confirmed to be caused by issues in the Azure storage service central Canada region. Microsoft is aware of the issue and service recovery is in progress. Engineering will monitor the service issue until normal service levels have returned.
We are currently investigating a mail processing delay for some customers in the Canada region. The issue is related to an open issue with Microsoft Azure storage service in the Canada Central region. Engineering is currently investigating with updates to follow.
