Barracuda recently improved processes associated with tagging messages as suspicious to improve the filtering of unwanted messages. In the near term, customers may notice an increase in deferred legitimate mail (labeled 'suspicious') in addition to a reduction in unwanted messages. We are monitoring the impact of the process change to ensure the efficacy of this feature improves over time. We appreciate your patience.
