Dashboard intermittently unavailable

This incident has been resolved. On October 2, between approximately 15:00 and 16:30 CEST, the Dashboard was intermittently slow or unavailable for some users, due to a network issue between our hosting provider and some Internet access providers. The Dashboard is operating normally again, and no errors have been observed for over 40 minutes.

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

A network issue between our hosting provider and some Internet access providers was affecting access to the Dashboard. Depending on their Internet access provider, some users may have experienced slowness or errors.

Since approximately 16:20 CEST, we have seen a clear improvement and affected users are able to access the Dashboard again. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting the Dashboard: a network incident at our hosting provider. Some users may continue to experience intermittent errors or be unable to access the Dashboard.

We are investigating an issue affecting the Batch Dashboard. Since approximately 15:00 CEST, some users may experience intermittent errors or be unable to access the Dashboard.
