Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Portal Reports. The issue results in missing data prior to July 13, 2024 in the following reports templates: * Coverage Opportunity * Multi-instance R&R key metrics * Multi-instance Network impact A root cause has yet to be determined but we will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available. Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of content submission affecting c4 cluster clients. Users are able to submit content, but content processing is delayed. Our dev team continues to monitor the fix currently in place to ensure the issue remains resolved.
