Bazaarvoice experienced a catalog data ingestion issue that caused delayed catalog updates from product feeds, affecting the Feed Processing component for approximately 150 hours. The engineering team identified the root cause and worked to restore the data ingestion service over several days. All services were fully restored and verified to be functioning normally by June 4th, 2026.
