Bazaarvoice experienced a data synchronization issue with the Displayable Content Export (DCE), causing missing user-generated content — including syndicated reviews — across Syndication, Content Display, and Portal Applications. The incident also caused data discrepancies in Insights Dashboards and Reports for Network Partners displaying combined Network and Native data. After an extended remediation period of approximately 15 days, all impacted records were fully restored across all affected content regions by July 17, 2026.
