Emails are now being sent reliably again. The limit of 20 documents per hour and a maximum of 5 recipients remains in place for the time being.
The delay in email delivery has also been resolved.

Update: At the moment, only some of the emails sent are being delivered to the recipient. Our technical team is already working to find a solution. In the meantime, you can use the ‘Send invoice via email software’ option.
We have started processing the delayed emails from yesterday. The system is currently clearing the queue, and all outstanding messages should reach their recipients shortly.
The issue has been partially resolved. System emails, such as those for forgotten passwords, are now working reliably again.
The following currently applies to sending documents:
Max 20 emails per hour & 5 recipients. Use ‘Send invoice using email software’ for larger batches.
