Microsoft Graph OneNote API Update

As of March 31, 2025, Microsoft has ended support for app-only authentication in the OneNote API. To maintain functionality, users must switch to delegated authentication. This is a Microsoft platform change, and MigrationWiz cannot mitigate this.
