Blackbaud experienced an issue affecting email flow for some customers using Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Internet Solutions, and Blackbaud NetCommunity. The engineering team resolved the problem by disabling the BCA pathway to the new system and performing a backout to the previous system (BO3). The incident lasted 48 minutes and email functionality was fully restored.

05/25/2026 – 10:34 PM EST – The team confirmed that email flow has been restored and is functioning as expected after disabling the BCA pathway (destination) as part of the fix.
The team is disabling the BCA pathway to the new system and performing a backout to BO3 to restore the email flow. All related zones have also been disabled.
The BBCS team is currently working on the jobs and analyzing logs.
