Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue with Ally that impacts all LMS integrations in the Americas (excluding Canada) where processing of new content is delayed due to a DNS issue. Additionally, users cannot download alternative formats that have not previously been converted. Please follow status.blackboard.com for updates.

AWS has identified and resolved the issue that resulted in an increase of errors and latency that impacted Ally. A backlog of events for new content and alternative formats is currently being processed.
