Outage Details
We are investigating some latency in Ally US clients that is causing some slowness on Ally reporting tools (Course Accessibility Report and Institutional Report), and quick-fix capabilities when using Instructor Feedback. Other Ally features and capabilities are working normally. The issue began at roughly 11AM ET on 1/3, and engineers and product development are currently investigating.

The latency for Ally in the US has now been resolved. The Ally service is now operational.
