This incident has been resolved and it was observed that Behind the Blackboard is Operating Normally.

The authentication issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues logging into the new portal that can be found at https://support.anthology.com/. Please first try using the reset password function, if at that point you can still not log in please contact support through bbsupport@anthology.com.
