Incident Report

BlackLine will deploy an upgrade for the Accounts Receivable Automation Multi Tenant platform for the 2025-05-18, (2.96.0.1) release to Sandpit and Production environments. Jobs submitted at the start of the release window will be held in the queue until the release has completed. Users may experience intermittent service interruptions while the applications are being updated and users with active sessions will be redirected to the login page at the transition of services. Also, we will be implementing network restrictions across all services in the Production stacks to enhance security. The relevant ASP subnets will be added to restrict access accordingly. These changes will be applied during the deployment process to ensure minimal disruption to application access. You can find the release notes in the BlackLine Community by hovering over the Product menu in the top navigation bar, selecting Product Documentation, and then clicking BlackLine release notes.
