Customers may be experiencing an issue when utilizing SSO to access BlackLine. No functionality is impacted, but at this time it is advised to use the full BL URL rather than any shortcut. BlackLine teams are investigating the issue. We will provide regular updates on this page until the issue is resolved.

While the Community access issue may still occur for certain users, this has never been a BlackLine issue and this advisory is now closing down. Thank you for your attention.

This issue has been identified as a third-party Community access issue. There are no aspects relating to any BlackLine functionality. Users are advised to use the full BL URL to log in to the BlackLine application before accessing Community.
