The Cloudflare Production update has been completed in all environments. BlackLine has confirmed that the service is fully operational and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

The Cloudflare Sandbox update has been completed in all environments.

On October 10, 2025, we will roll out a fix in the Sandbox environment via staged deployments.

The root cause of the September 15th outage has been identified, and permanent fixes are now undergoing rigorous testing for a planned mid-October rollout.
