US2 - Intermittent FTP transaction Processing - FCM

BlackLine has confirmed that the service is fully operational and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

BlackLine has deployed a fix for the intermittent US2 FTP Issue. US2 customers with FTP transactions submitted in the last couple of days may need to reprocess the submitted transaction. All failed FTP transactions should be resubmitted. You should be able to resume normal activities. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that no additional issues arise.

Customers may be experiencing an intermittent issue where FTP submitted transactions are not processing as expected. BlackLine teams are investigating the issue. We will provide regular updates on this page until the issue is resolved.
