SFTP user login disruption

Our engineering team has addressed the underlying issue related to the rollover event. Full connectivity to transfer.blackline.com has been restored, and all file transfer and import capabilities are functioning normally. We will continue to actively monitor the service to ensure ongoing stability.

Details:
Following a recent system rollover event, we have identified that a subset of users may be experiencing connectivity problems or are temporarily unable to access the SFTP server.

Customer Impact:
Users attempting to connect, upload, or download files via transfer.blackline.com may encounter connection timeouts or access failures. If you are not currently performing SFTP file transfers, there is no impact on your other BlackLine services.
