Netsuite Connector customer connectivity issue

BlackLine is aware of an issue impacting some customers using the NetSuite Connector, causing import jobs to fail since approximately 08/04/2026 .
Our investigation indicates this issue does not originate within the BlackLine platform but is related to a known issue with the NetSuite ERP.
A workaround is available that resolves this issue. If your NetSuite interface jobs are failing, please contact BlackLine Support by submitting a case. Our teams will provide you with the necessary instructions to restore functionality.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as they become available.
