We will be performing a scheduled software release that includes database migrations. During this time, a brief service interruption is expected.

Maintenance Window:
Thursday April 2nd, 2026 at 2:00 AM central.

Expected Impact:
- Up to 15 minutes of service interruption during deployment
- Temporary unavailability:
- Subscription component in the Admin
- Frontend user logins
- Subscription purchase flow
- Affected services may be inaccessible while migrations are executed

Renewals Processing:
To avoid any impact on renewals during the maintenance window:
- The automated renewal task will be temporarily disabled prior to the release
- Once the deployment is complete, the renewal task will be re-enabled
- Any pending renewals will be manually triggered to ensure proper processing

We will provide an update once maintenance is complete.

This release for BLOX Subscription 1.69.0 is being rolled back due to failures during renewal process.

The rollback will create a temporary unavailability for the following services:
- Subscription component in the Admin
- Frontend user logins
- Subscription purchase flow

This software will be re-released Tuesday April 14th, 2026 at 2:00 AM central. The expected impact remains the same.

The database upgrades completed successfully, and service has been restored for use by both consumers and site administrator use. Renewal processing will be handled later manually when an additional set of migration scripts are finished. Some background tasks are also still limited at this time.
