SparkPost resolved the incident on their side a few hours ago. We have not seen issues since SparkPost's fix, so are resolving on our end.

Braze is continuing to monitor the situation and follow up with SparkPost. We continue observing successful requests for click-tracked links across the US region.
SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, has reported a recurrence of an incident that occurred yesterday and posted it to their status page at https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/nj2t6wx6b5gd. This incident is causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links affecting US-hosted email customers.
Braze has escalated the issue and we are awaiting further updates from SparkPost.
