Issue with plan purchase

We are currently experiencing an issue with a third-party service responsible for tax calculations for customers with the United States as their billing country. As a result, customers in the US may be unable to purchase new plans and will see errors on the plan page. For renewals, credits will be applied to customer accounts, but invoice generation may fail. Our team is working and coordinating to restore normal operations as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
