IMPORTANT: SchoolDude and Facility Dude Scheduled Maintenance Outage – March 17, 2023

On Friday, March 17th at 10 pm EST through Saturday, March 18th at 10 pm EST,  Brightly Software will be performing infrastructure maintenance. During this time, All SchoolDude and Facility Dude products and services will be unavailable. We will be upgrading our web hosting services to better provide you with world-class solutions as technology advances over time. System maintenance benefits include:
• Greater system stability due to infrastructure and technology improvements resulting in less planned and unplanned downtime.
• Improved flexibility for our maintenance windows so we ensure optimal product availability.
• More disaster recovery options available - to preserve data should anything happen.

Action Required:

1. Please notify your internal IT department of the following: If you previously allowed specific SchoolDude and Facility Dude IP addresses you will need to update this to either ingest the new AWS IP range of JSONs (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html) for the US-East-1 region or whitelist at the domain level to allow all outbound TCP traffic over ports 80 and 443 to *.dudesolutions.com, *.schooldude.com, and *.facilitydude.com.
