Staff Check-Out

Earlier today, there were a subset of customers who were not able to check out staff through the Attendance mode on our mobile app.
This issue has been fully resolved.

We are still investigating a separate issue with some users being unable to see check out records in the Check-in Report in our web app. While we investigate this issue, you can access student check out records by exporting the Check-in Report.

We have implemented a fix for the subset of users impacted by today's incident. We are now monitoring for any residual issues.

We have identified and are implementing a fix for two related issues:
- Some users are unable to check out staff out through attendance mode on the mobile app
- Some users cannot view check out information in the web app. However, this data is available via export.

We will provide further updates until this is resolved.
