This incident has been resolved. Connecting and refreshing connections to Twitter/X should work as expected moving forward.

A fix has been implemented and X/Twitter channel connections should be working normally now. We are continuing to monitor.
The issue has been identified by our engineering team and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently experiencing issues with connecting and refreshing X/Twitter channels. The channel connection may show "success" after performing a connection but will be a false-positive.
