We have identified that the issue is caused by Bluesky's image & video hosting provider. They are currently experiencing an outage impacting Bluesky's ability to host images. We are monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates. You can also follow along on Bluesky's status page at https://status.bsky.app/.

We’re currently investigating an issue causing some Bluesky posts to fail. This is impacting posts with images or link attachments. Bluesky posts with text only should not be impacted. Our team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the disruption.
