As our cloud hosting provider continues to recover, we are seeing delays in file uploads and data processing in some areas of the application. We are continuing to monitor and will provide an update when we are fully recovered.

We are seeing signs of recovery from our cloud hosting provider, and users may have success logging into Built at this time. We are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates soon.

We have confirmed that our cloud hosting platform is experiencing a major outage that is impacting the ability to access Built. Built's Construction Loan Administration (Draw Management), Built Inspect, Lien Waivers, Built Pay, and Built Payment Management products are affected. The latest update from the hosting provider is that they have identified a root cause and are working toward a resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue in which users are unable to login to Built. Our cloud hosting platform is currently experiencing an outage, which we believe to be related. We will provide more information soon.
