The AWS issue impacting login to Built products has been resolved. Users should now be able to access Built. If you experience any further issues logging in, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team - support@getbuilt.com

AWS has reported signs of recovery, but Built users may still experience intermittent login issues. If you encounter an error while logging in, we recommend retrying. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure a full recovery.

We have confirmed that the login issues impacting Built users stem from issues from our cloud infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS has stated that they are investigating the issue and are working towards recovery.
We will be monitoring AWS’s status and will provide updates as they become available.
