Degraded Performance with Reporting and Files

At approximately 4:25PM CT we implemented a file visibility fix for the file-location issues impacting reports or files being delivered to our server that need to be picked up via SFTP beginning at roughly 2:13PM CT on September 2nd. There was no data loss during this time. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
