Bullhorn ATS/CRM users on cluster CLS60 experienced latency and errors when attempting to log into the application during a major service incident. The login service was affected for 15.7 hours while the Technical Operations team investigated and implemented a fix. The incident was resolved after monitoring confirmed the fix was successful.
