VACLOUD07 Pod

We have a block of approx 20 accounts that are experiencing an issue out of the Virginia Data Center. We are working on remediation

Looks like we are on track for restoration in approx 15 - 20 min

All is restored expect for 2 specific accounts we are still working on

All systems are working and we are monitoring at this time

We have monitored VACLOUD07 and all remains fully operational. Closing this incident

We are reopening the incident on VACLOUD07 pod in the virginia data center. We see alarms and looking into this block of 18 accounts affected

There is an underlying hardware issue that is taking things a lot longer than expected on vacloud07 restoration. We are working quickly to trigger an in data center failover plan to speed things up

All systems restorted on VACLOUD07. We are moving this incident to a monitoring status. We have been actively asking partners to have has scehdule migration of services off this specific pod for some time. Please contact us if you have not already to schedule.
