Outage Details

We are investigating an outage with the DALCLOUD07 host. All customers on DALCLOUD07 are offline, however this should not impact other Dallas customers.

We will have an update in the next 15 minutes.

We are investigating an outage with the DALCLOUD07 host. All customers on DALCLOUD07 are offline, however this should not impact other Dallas customers.

Our datacenter partner is investigating this incident.

We will provide another update within 60 minutes.

Our datacenter vendor is investigating this onsite, and we expect to have another update within the hour.

In the meantime, we advise any partners that have not done so to setup a backup route in their SIPTrunk.com account. You can follow our guide below to do so:

Our datacenter vendor has tracked this back to a hardware failure, and they are working to swap out the affected hardware.

We will have another update within 60 minutes.

We expect to have an update within the next 30-45 minutes.

Unfortunately, we don't have any additional update at this time, as the technician is still working on the hardware replacement.

Our datacenter vendor is still working to swap this hardware. The case has been escalated and they are working to swap this hardware.
